Returns are easy, fast, and free within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For remote areas, deliveries are not made directly to the address specified by the customer. Instead, orders are delivered to the nearest available service point of our courier partner.
Customers will be informed of the pickup location, which will be the closest possible service point based on the postal code provided with the order.
Once notified of the arrival of the parcel, customers must collect their order within three (3) business days.

To ensure the best possible service, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team immediately after placing your order. Orders that have already entered the shipping process may not be eligible for cancellation.
